Firecracker Prawns
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Lal mirch kuti huee (Red chili flakes) 1 tsp
-Lemon zest ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
-Hot sauce 2 tsp
-Til ka tail (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Salt (Namak) 1-2 pinch
-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Jheenge (Jumbo prawns) Tails attached, deveined & clean 500 gms
-Maida (Flour) 1 tbs + Pani (Water) as required
-Spring roll wrapper 8-10
-Oil for deep frying
Sweet chili orange sauce:
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) 2-3 tbs (Per desired consistency)
-Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
-Orange juice ¼ cup

Directions:
-In bowl,add red chili flakes,lemon zest,lemon juice,sugar,hot sauce,sesame oil,black pepper powder,salt,tomato ketchup and mix.
-Add prawns,mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-Dissolve flour in water and set aside.
-Take spring roll wrap and place prawn, slightly fold the sheet and roll the prawn and apply flour mixture.
-In wok,heat oil and deep fry prawns.
-For sweet chili orange sauce,in bowl,add lemon juice,sugar,chicken stock,chili garlic sauce and orange juice,mix well.
-Firecrackers prawns are ready, serve with sweet chili orange sauce.

Ajza:

-Bowl mein lal mirch kuti huee,lemon zest,lemon juice,cheeni,hot sauce,til ka tail,kali mirch powder, namak aur tomato ketchup dal ker mix ker lein.
-Jheenge dal ker mix karein aur 15-20 minute kliya marinate ker lein.
-Maida ko pani mein dissolve ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Spring roll wrap lein,jheenga rakh ker sheet ko halka sa fold ker ka jheenga ko roll ker lein,maida ka mixture laga lein.
-Karhai mein oil garam ker ka jheenga deep fry ker lein.
-Sweet chili orange sauce kliya,bowl mein lemon juice,cheeni,yakhni,chili garlic sauce aur orange juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Firecrackers prawns tayyar han,sweet chili orange sauce ka saath serve karein.
