Cheese fish & Chips with Sour Cream
Ingredients:
300 grams Red snapper fish
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Crushed chili
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Mustard sauce
1 tbsp Hot sauce
20 grams Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 Egg
cup White flour
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
cup Water
1 cup Milk pack cream
1 Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch White pepper
Directions:
In a bowl add white flour, salt, crushed chili, vinegar, hot sauce, mustard sauce, parmesan cheese, soya sauce, egg and beat well.
Add fish in the mixture and leave it for 1 hour.
Crumb fish well on both sides.
Deep fry on 300 degree.
Add cream in a separate bowl.
Add lemon juice, salt and white pepper in it.
Serve with sour cream.
Mix well until smooth/ fluffy.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 min
Serving: One person
