Fish Head Soup with mix veggie and lemon | HAPPY WOK

Here, another version for a delicious fish soup. That i learn, during my visit at my wife hometown. they call it Siningang na Isda. But sour Tamarin are hard to find, here in the USA. So, i used lemon instead.
