1 Tbs. ginger, minced
1 Tbs. garlic, minced
3 oz. portobello mushrooms, sliced

2 Tbs. rice wine, for drizzling

1 Tbs. hoisin sauce
2 Tbs. rice wine
1 Tbs. sesame oil
tsp. sugar
tsp. white pepper

tsp. corn starch
2 Tbs. water
