These Fish tacos are just WOW do give this recipe a try. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/2EItxwyVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Fish TacosRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Taco Shells:-Makai ka atta (Cornmeal) sifted 2 Cups-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Water warm 1 & Cup or as required -Cooking oil tsp Prepare Fish Filling:-Yellow fish boneless cubes kg-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Cooking oil 2-3 tbsSour cream:-Cream 1 Cup-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1 & tbsAssembling:-Taco shell-Iceberg lettuce-Red bell pepper julienne-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne-Pyaz (Onion) julienne-Tamatar (Tomatoes) julienne-Jalapenos -Paprika powder to sprinkle Directions:Prepare Taco Shells:-In a bowl,add cornmeal,all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.-Add cooking oil & mix well.-Gradually add warm water & knead until medium soft dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.-Dust dry flour & knead dough again,grease hands with oil & knead dough again.-Take a small dough & make a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin and prick with fork (makes 15).Option no. 1: Baking-Now place the taco tortillas on oven grill and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.-After baking,let it cool.Option no. 2: Without Baking-On griddle,add cooking oil and spread it.-Place rolled dough and cook from both sides until light brown.-Fold taco in half & hold and cook for 30 seconds. Prepare Fish Filling:-In a bowl,add fish boneless cubes,cumin powder,red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder and lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.-In a frying pan,add cooking oil and cook marinated fish for 3-4 minutes or until dries up & set aside.Prepare Sour cream:-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well.-Add milk,whisk well and rest it for 15 minutes.Sour cream is ready!Assembling:-To assemble tacos,add iceberg lettuce,cooked fish chunks,red bell pepper,capsicum,onion,tomatoes,jalapenos,prepared sour cream,sprinkle paprika powder & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Taco Shells:-Makai ka atta (Cornmeal) sifted 2 Cups-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Water warm 1 & Cup or as required -Cooking oil tsp Prepare Fish Filling:-Yellow fish boneless cubes kg-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Cooking oil 2-3 tbsSour cream:-Cream 1 Cup-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1 & tbsAssembling:-Taco shell-Iceberg lettuce -Red bell pepper julienne-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne-Pyaz (Onion) julienne-Tamatar (Tomatoes) julienne-Jalapenos -Paprika powder to sprinkle Directions:Prepare Taco Shells:-Bowl mein makai ka atta,maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Cooking oil shamil karein aur mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker medium soft dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Atta chirak dein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein,haath ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghomd lein.-Chota dough la ker ball lein aur atta chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein phir fork sa prick ker lein (makes 15).Option no. 1: Baking-Ab taco tortilla ko oven rack per rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 180 C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.-Baking ka bad thanda ker lein.Option no. 2: Without Baking-Tawa per cooking oil dal ker pheela lein.-Rolled dough rakh dein aur dono sides sa light brown hunay tak paka lein.-Taco ko half fold ker ka hold ker lein aur 30 seconds kliya paka lein.Prepare Fish Filling:-Bowl mein fish boneless cubes,zeera powder,lal mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur marinated fish ko 3-4 minutes ya pani sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.Prepare Sour cream:-Bowl mein cream aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein.Sour cream tayyar hai!Assembling:-Taco shell mein iceberg lettuce,cooked fish chunks,red bell pepper,shimla mirch,pyaz,tamatar, jalapenos,tayyar sour cream aur paprika powder dal ker serve karein!
