Flaxseed cheela/Chillla /Healthy breakfast | Gayathiri's Cookbook

Flaxseed cheela:
Cheela is the most popular breakfast dish in North India.I t is basically made from gram flour but we can do a lot of variations to make it more tasty and less monotonous.
This savory pancake is a healthy meal option for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Flaxseed cheela is made with different flours and veggies.I No wonder it is also called as veggie omelette.

Ingredients:
Flaxseed meal- 1/3 cup
Oats flour- 1/3 cup
Besan flour- 1/3 cup
Onion- 1/3 cup
Green chillies- 3
Tomatoes- 1/3 cup
Yellow/Green bell pepper- 1/3 cup
Grated zucchini-1/3 cup
Ajwain/Omam- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- 3/4 teaspoon
Hing- A pinch
Yogurt/Curd- 1/3 cup
Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Oil- As required

Directions:
1.Take flaxseed meal, oats flour, besan flour,Onion,Green chillies, tomatoes,Green/yellowbell pepper, grated zucchini,Ajwain,turmeric powder,salt,hing and yogurt in a bowl.
2.Add water to get thick batter consistency.Add coriander leaves and mix well.
3.Pour a ladle of batter on heated tawa and spread it. Drizzle oil on all sides.
4.Let it cook evenly on both sides till it turns golden brown.
