मलका दाल के रसदार पकोड़े की सब्जी। Fluffy Malka Dal Ki Pakore Ki Sabzi। Masoor Dal Ke Pakora Curry । | Cook With Nikitas

Masoor dal is full of protein. Today's recipe will change this everyday pulse recipe to a tasty dish. Let's try this new twist in the taste of this common pulse.
Ingredients:
Malka Dal-200g. Soaked overnight, cut and add 5 to 6 finely chopped pieces of garlic and 1tsn salt. Make a smooth paste.
Onion paste -2 tbsp •
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 tbsp
Garlic paste -1 tbsn
Salt- To taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsn
Green chili - 2 big (slit in the middle)
Dry red chilli -2
Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsn
Water -1/4 l
Cooking oil - 5 to 6 tbsp
The Cooking Method:
*Heat oil in a pan.
* Place little lumps or dollops of Malka dal paste using spoon .
*Use spatula to pour oil on the upper side of the dal dollops.
*Fry the dollops to golden brown in medium flame.
*Take it out in a plate when both sides have been perfectly fried and crisp.
*For gravy, use the remaining oil.
*Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, red chilli, green chilli and temper them.
*Temper it for better flavour.
*Add onion paste, garlic paste, mix and fry.
*Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
* To it add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 1 minute. *Now add 2 tbsp water, mix and add garam masala.
*Next add water and the fried dollops for 1 minute.
*Add coriander leaves, boil for 1 minute.
*Add ghee and boil to thicken the curry.
Finally the recipe for the day is ready .
