Fresh Alphonso Mango Lassi | How to make Lassi at Home | Geeta's Kitchen

1. Fresh Alphonso mango Lassi –

Ingredients

• Chilled homemade fresh yogurt 1 glass
• Sugar 2 Tbsp
• Fresh Cream 3 Tbsp
• Chilled Whipping Cream 2 Tbsp
• Chilled Milk ½ cup
• Pistachio 2 Tbsp
• alphonso mango 1 big( pulp)
• mango sauce and cherry for garnishing
• slice of mango for garnishing

Method

• Take a bowl add fresh curd , fresh cream, whip cream,chilled milk, sugar, pistachio, fresh mango pulp ( if adding readymade mango pulp then take care of sugar)
• Churn it well till you will get creamy and thick texture.
• Garnish it with mango sauce, cherry and Pistachio .
• Serve it chilled. Enjoy.
