JAWAS CHUTNEY

Ingredients

• Jawas (flax seeds) – 1 Cup
• Garlic cloves – 3 Tbsp
• Red Chillis – 10-12 Nos
• Cumin Seeds – 2 Tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Kashmiri Chili Powder (Opetional)

Method

• Heat a pan on medium flame and roast flax seeds,on the medium flame so it won't get burn.
• Keep stirring it constantly .Once they are roasted, let them cool.
• Then Transfer it into a mixer jar and then add garlic, Red Chillis, jeera, salt, kashmiri chili powder and grind it well till you will get fine powder.

Jawas chutney is ready to be served! Enjoy it with bhakar or roti.

Variations: You can add roasted white til, roasted peanut & roasted dry coconut
