FRESH CHENNA AND VEGETABLE BHURJIA great source of protein and fibres that are necessary for growing kids.Ingredients500 ml cow’s milk2 tsps lemon juice2 tsps oil½ tsp cumin seeds2 tbsps boiled and crushed green peas2 tbsps boiled and crushed sweet corn kernelsSalt to taste1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leavesToasted bread to serveMethod1. To make the chenna, heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan till it begins to boil. Add the lemon juice and stir continuously till the milk curdles. Strain the chenna through a muslin cloth and dip in chilled water immediately.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green peas and sweet corn and sauté for 1 minute.3. Add chenna and salt and mix. Cook for 1 minute. Add coriander leaves and mix, take the pan off the heat. 4.
