FRESH GRAPE SODA DRINK | MAKE CONCENTRATE AND SERVE GRAPE SODA WHENEVER REQUIRED | GRAPE SODA | Indian Mom's Kitchen

In this Fresh Grape Soda Drink recipe, I have shown how to make fresh grape juice concentrate from black grapes, store it in the fridge and make refreshing Grape Soda whenever required throughout the summer months. Everyone will love this grape drink with its fizz. It is very easy to make and requires minimum ingredients. So let us head into my kitchen, the Indian Mom's Kitchen and start making this Grape Soda drink.

Ingredients of Grape Soda recipe:
1/2 Kg Black Grapes
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sabza/Basil seeds
Juice of 1 Lemon
A little Black Salt/Kala Namak
Ice cubes as required
Slice of Lime
Club Soda as required

Method:
- Take the black variety of grapes, the seedless or the ones with seeds.
- Wash, clean and detach the grapes from its stem .
- Put the grapes in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring the water to boil.
- Add Sugar as required ( depending on the sweetness of the grapes)
- Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Remove from flame and keep aside to cool.
- Once cooled, blend the ingredients well.
- Sieve and collect the grape juice concentrate.
- To serve take 1/4 cup of the gape juice concentrate.
- To enhance the taste and for added shelf life, squeeze juice of 1 lemon.
- Add the sabza seeds.
- A pinch of black salt.
- Top it with Club soda.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes.
