BREAKFAST: Greek yogurt, granola, strawberries, chia seeds and honey

MID-MORNING: iced coffee with oat milk and French vanilla coffee creamer

LUNCH: taco style rice bowl white rice, arugula, ground turkey, tomatoes, fresh salsa, guacamole and hot sauce

SNACK: protein smoothie @bloomsupps protein powder, frozen mixed berries, spinach and oat milk

DINNER: @sizzlefishfit Cajun Shrimp Alfredo

DESSERT: M&M @yocrunchyogurt
