Fusion Shortcut Sauce with 4 Recipes
Recipe in English:

Fusion Shortcut Sauce:
Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomato) 2 medium
-Boiling water as required
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilies) soaked 9-10
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chilies) 10-12
-Cooking oil ¾ Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3 tbs
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Sirak (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs

Directions:
-Cut tomatoes slightly with the help if the knife.
-In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 1-2 minutes then strain and remove skin.
-In grinder,add tomatoes,kashmiri red chilies,button red chilies and grind well & set aside.
-In pot,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic and mix well.
-Add grinded chili & tomato paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
-Add water,mix well and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes and mix continuously.
-Add vinegar,soy sauce,lemon juice,sugar,salt,tomato ketchup,chicken powder,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes and mix continuously.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes or until oil separates.
-Can be stored in dry & clear jar for up to 1 month in refrigerator.
-Always use clean spoon.

Quick Rice with Fusion Shortcut Sauce:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1-2tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) cubes ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ¼ Cup
-Fusion shortcut sauce 3 tbs or to taste
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 2 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) boiled 1 & ½ Cups

Directions:
-In wok,add cooking oil,chicken and mix well until changes color.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,peas,carrot,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add onion,cabbage,fusion shortcut sauce and mix well.
-Add green onion leaves and mix well.
-Add boiled rice and give it a good mix & serve.

Pasta with Fusion Shortcut Sauce:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Chicken julienne 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Fusion shortcut sauce 3 tbs or to taste
-Cream 2 tbs
-Elbow macaroni 2 & ½ Cups (Boil as per pack’s instructions)
-Fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
-In wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken and mix well until changes color.
-Add salt,black pepper powder and mix well.
-Add fusion shortcut sauce and mix well.
-Add cream and mix well.
-Add boiled pasta and give it a good mix.
-Add fresh parsley,mix well & serve.

Masala Corn with Fusion Shortcut Sauce:

Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Sweet corns 1 can (400 gms)
-Fusion shortcut sauce 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In wok,add butter,sweet corns and mix well.
-Add fusion shortcut sauce and mix well for a minute.
-Add salt,fresh coriander,mix well & serve.

Chana chaat with Fusion Shortcut Sauce:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 tin (440 gms)
-Fusion shortcut sauce 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Aloo (Potato) boiled & cubes
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
-Papri
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In wok,add cooking oil,onion and mix well.
-Add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
-Add fusion shortcut sauce and mix well.
-Add fresh coriander and mix.
-On serving plate,add cooked chickpeas,boiled potato,green chili,yogurt,papri,fresh coriander & serve!
