Gajar Ki Nawabi kheer just in time for the winter season. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/2Xkea3dVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.Gajar ki Nawabi KheerServes 8-10Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Gajar (Carrots) peeled kg -Ghee 2 tbs-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2-3 tbs-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2-3 tbs-Kishmish (Raisins) 2-3 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 2 liters-Chawal (Rice) Cup (soaked for 30 minutes) -Sugar Cup or to taste -Barfi mithai 2 pieces-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Pineapple chunks 1 Cup or as required-Chum chum mithai (optional) -Cream -Badam (Almonds) chopped-Pista (Pistachios) choppedDirections:-Grate carrots with the help of the grater & set aside.-In a pot,add ghee & let it melt.-Add green cardamom,almonds,pistachios,raisins,mix well & cook on low flame until golden brown & fragrant (2-3 minutes).-Add milk,mix well & bring it to boil.-Add grated carrots,rice,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 18-20 minutes then mash well with the help of the masher.-Add sugar & mix well.-Add barfi mithai & mix well.-Add cardamom powder & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.-Let it cool.-Add pineapple chunks,chum chum mithai & give it a good mix. -Garnish with cream,almonds & pistachios. -Refrigerate until chilled & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Gajar (Carrots) peeled kg -Ghee 2 tbs-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2-3 tbs-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2-3 tbs-Kishmish (Raisins) 2-3 tbs-Taza doodh (Fresh milk) 2 liters-Chawal (Rice) Cup (soaked for 30 minutes) -Sugar Cup or to taste -Barfi mithai 2 pieces-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Pineapple chunks 1 Cup or as required-Chum chum mithai (optional)-Cream -Badam (Almonds) chopped-Pista (Pistachios) choppedDirections:-Gajar ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein.-Hari elaichi,badam,pista aur kishmish dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per golden brown aur khushbu anay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.-Garted gajar aur chawal dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein phir masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Barfi mithai dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Elaichi powder dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.-Thanda ker lein.-Pineapple chunks aur chum chum mithai dal ker mix ker lein.-Cream,badam aur pista sa garnish ker lein.-Thanda hunay tak refrigerate ker lein & serve karein!
