This Mojo works perfectly as a marinade for pork shoulder, which is no surprise, since the three main components are garlic, citrus, and herbs, and there arent many things they wouldnt make better. We did something similar with skirt steak years ago, and people loved it, but I think these flavors are even better with this richer, fattier cut of meat. Enjoy!
