Ingredients for
Ghee and Mawa Ladoo
For Ghee:
Malai - मलाई - 700 gms

For Ladoo:
Resudue Mawa - बचा हुआ मावा - 3/4 Cup (
Wheat Flour - आटा - 3/4 Cup (110 grams)
Tagar - बूरा - 3/4 Cup (110 grams)
Cardamom - इलाइची - 6-7, coarsely ground

How to prepare ghee mawa ladoo?
1. Take the collect malai out from the freezer 2 or 3 hours before.
2. Transfer the malai to a Kadai and melt it over low-medium heat while stirring it at intervals.
3. Once the malai melts, turn the flame medium and simmer till the ghee separates from the malai.
4. After 15 minutes, malai will become denser, and ghee will start to separate.
5. Malai and ghee have separated after 14 minutes, but simmer the mixture till the mawa turns pinkish.
6. Drain out the ghee in a bowl using a strainer and transfer the mawa to a plate.
7. Dry roast 3/4 cup of wheat flour over the low-medium flame for 7-8 mins.
8. Once the flour color changes to brown, turn off the stove and mix the flour with malai mawa in a bowl.
9. Mix 3/4 cup of tagar and 6-7 crushed cardamom powder in the mixture.
10. Prepare ladoos from the flour and mawa mixture.Ghee and Laddus from Malai are ready.
