Gilafi KababRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Chicken boneless cubes kg-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste-All spices tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tbs-Javatri powder (Mace powder) 1/4 tsp-Namak (Salt) tbs or to taste-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs-Badam (Almonds) 9-10 -Podina (Mint leaves) 2-3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1/4 Cup-Cheddar cheese grated Cup -Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped Cup-Red bell pepper finely chopped Cup-Rafhan corn oil Cup Green Chutney:-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tsp-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 2-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2-3-Hara dhania & Podina (Fresh coriander & Mint leaves) 1 Cup -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup Directions:-In a bowl add chicken boneless cubes, red chilli powder, all spices, cumin seeds, mace powder, salt, ginger garlic and mix well. Cover and marinate for 20 minutes.-In spice mixer, add almonds and blend to make a powder. Set aside.-In chopper add mint leaves, green chillies, fried onion and chop well.-Now add marinated chicken, cheddar cheese, almond powder and chop until well combined. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.-On a tray add onion, capsicum, red bell pepper and mix well.-Grease hands with oil. Take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes on skewers. Then coat in mixed vegetables (makes 10-12). -In frying pan add rafhan corn oil and fry kababs from all sides until done.Green Chutney:-In blender add cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli, fresh coriander, mint leaves, salt, yogurt and blend well.-Serve Gilafi kabab with green chutney and enjoy!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Chicken boneless cubes kg-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste-All spices tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tbs-Javatri powder (Mace powder) 1/4 tsp-Namak (Salt) tbs or to taste-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs-Badam (Almonds) 9-10 -Podina (Mint leaves) 2-3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1/4 Cup-Cheddar cheese grated Cup -Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped Cup-Red bell pepper finely chopped Cup-Rafhan corn oil CupGreen Chutney:-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tsp-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 2-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2-3-Hara dhania & Podina (Fresh coriander & Mint leaves) 1 Cup -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup Directions:-Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes, lal mirch powder, all spices, zeera, javatri powder, namak aur adrak lehsan daal ker ache tarha mix karein aur dhak ker 20 minutes k liye marinate ker lein.-Spice mixer mein badam daal dein aur blend ker k powder tayyar ker lein.-Chopper mein podina, hari mirch aur fried pyaz daal ker ache tarha chop ker lein.-Ab marinated chicken, cheddar cheese aur badam powder daal ker ache tarha chop ker lein & 10 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.-Tray mein pyaz, shimla mirch aur red bell pepper ko achay se mix ker k rakh len.-Haathon ko oil sa chikna karein aur mixture ko le ker ek jaisay sizes kkababs skewers per tayyar ker lein or mixed vegetables mein coat ker lein (makes 10-12). -Frying pan mein rafhan corn oil daal kar kabab ko tamam sides sa fry ker lein.Green Chutney:-Blender mein zeera, lehsan, hari mirch, hara dhania & podina, namak aur dahi daal ker ache tarha blend ker lein.-Gilafi kabab hari chutney k sath serve karen!
