Gobble up these plump, ingot-look-alike dumplings and wantons Wangs Noodle & Dumpling House

Established by a young entrepreneur, 27-year-old Mr Wang opened his stall selling dumplings and noodles with a recipe passed down from his mother

Mr Wang's menu boasts the Shanghai wanton noodles that has broth cooked over several hours with pork and chicken bones to give a milky texture. His wantons are a size bigger than the usual local wanton mee. If not for the vegetables, the noodle bowl may seem deceptively plain in colour, but is actually robust with flavour.

If you order the Wantons in Red Chilli Oil (), be prepared to see the wantons transform into a crimson red!

Potstickers or Guo Tie () are pan-fried till golden brown with a crispy bottom. The boiled dumplings are another must try. Each is plump and biting into the tasty marinated meat and chives filling is just so satisfying!
