Learn how to cook popular Indian stuffed flatbread gobi ka paratha with this super easy and simple recipe video. You can make these parathas/flatbreads in various ways with different types of stuffing like - potato, paneer, spinach etc. Also you can spice them up the way you want. For a healthier option I have used virgin olive oil to roast the parathas, but you can use ghee/butter/oil anything of your choice for. Serve them hot with curd, pickle, butter or lassi (yogurt smoothie).

Ingredients

For dough - 1 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water as required
1 tsp oil

For stuffing - 1/2 head of a medium cauliflower (1 1/4 cup grated cauliflower)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp aamchur (dry mango powder)
Salt to taste
2 tsp chopped coriander

For Roasting - ghee/butter/vegetable oil/olive oil
