Gobi Manchurian is a popular Indian Chinese fried cauliflower food item. It is a dry version and makes for an excellent starter/side dish or snack and loved by children and adults both.

INGREDIENTS

All Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 6 tbsp
Corn flour (मक्के का आटा) - 3 tbsp
Cauliflower (फूल गोभी ) - 500 gm
Salt (नमक) - 3 tbsp or as per taste
Garlic (लहसुन) - 1 tbsp chopped
Ginger (अदरक) - 1 tbsp grated
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2 to 3 chopped
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च.) - 1 medium chopped
Spring Onion (स्प्रिंग अनियन) - 1 medium chopped
Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce ( लाल चिल्ली सास) - 1 tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका)- 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर कैचअप ) - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes (मिर्च पपड़ी) - 1 tbsp
OIL (तेल) - to fry
