For Paste
Oil [तेल] - 2 tbsp
Ginger [अदरक] - 2 inch long (cut)
Red Chili [लाल मिर्च] - 2 pcs (small)
Garlic [लहसुन] - 7-8 pcs (whole)
Green Chili [हरी मिर्च] - 2 pcs (large) (cut)
Onion [प्याज़] - 2 pcs (cut) (medium)

For Cooking
Oil [तेल] - 50 ml
Cumin Seeds [ज़ीरा] - 1 tsp
Cardamom [इलायची] - 2 pcs
Tomato Puree [टोमेटो प्यूरी] - 1 pcs (large) (pureed)
Turmeric Powder [हल्दी पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder [धनिया पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Salt [नमक] - 1 tsp
Garam Masala [गरम मसाला] - 1/4 tsp
Curd [दही] - 2-3 tbsp
Water [पानी] - half glass
Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1/2 tsp
