Gobi Manchurian is a yummy vegetarian delight from the Indo Chinese cuisine made of deep fried cauliflower florets. Cauliflower Manchurian is served as a starter in many fine restaurants. Adding lots of garlic is must in this recipe as it's bring wonderful taste. Learn how to make my version of Gobi Manchurian at home.

Ingredients

1 small cauliflower(Govi)
1 small bowl spring onion
Salt
4 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
½ tablespoon vinegar
3 teaspoon Maida
6 teaspoon cornflour
8-10 finally chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chilly
200 gm cooking oil
