Put the green garlic bulbs in a blender jar, add green chillies and blend to a coarse paste.2. Take the gram flour in a large bowl, add sorghum flour, whole wheat flour, the blended paste, green garlic stalks, carom seeds, turmeric powder, and salt and mix well.3. Pour 1½ cups water in batches and mix till a lump free batter is formed. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Add a ladleful of the batter and lightly spread it to make a disc. Drizzle some oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes as well. 5.
