Try our Green Tikka Masala Recipe and you will want to make it again. #HappyCookingToYouWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/2WWn7joVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Green Tikka Masala Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Chicken Tikka 4 pieces -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) grinded 1 bunch-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tsp-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 2 tbs-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Garam masala powder ½ tsp-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs-Oil 3 tbs-Pani (Water) as required Green Masala Sauce:-Oil 4 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) grinded 1 bunch-Hari mirch (Green chilies) crushed 5-6-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 5-6 tbs-Garam masala powder ½ tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp-Koyla (Charcoal) for smokeDirections:-Add marks/cuts on chicken tikka pieces.-In bowl,add coriander,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,green chili,cumin powder,garam masala powder,salt,lemon juice and mix well.-Add chicken tikka pieces and coat well.-Cover and let it marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.Option no.1: Grill-Grease grill pan with oil,place marinated chicken tikka pieces and grill for 4-5 minutes each side.-Sprinkle water,cover and cook on low flame until done.Option no.2: Steam -Put chicken tikka pieces into aluminum foil,basting with marinade and wrap it.-Add water in a pot,place steam rack and bring it to boil.-Place wrap piece in steamer rack over water.-Cover and let it steam cook for 20-25 minutes or until done.Option no.3: Bake-Place chicken tikka piece in greased baking tray and brush chicken tikka piece with oil.-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.Green Masala Sauce:-In wok,add oil,fresh coriander,green chilies and mix well.-Add yogurt,garam masala powder,salt,cumin powder,black pepper powder,nutmeg powder and mix well.-Cook for 2 minutes or until oil separates and mix well continuously.-Add all cooked chicken tikka pieces,mix & coat well with green masala sauce.-Give it a charcoal smoke for 2-3 minutes and serve.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Chicken Tikka 4 pieces -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) grinded 1 bunch-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tsp-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 2 tbs-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Garam masala powder ½ tsp-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs-Oil 3 tbs-Pani (Water) as required Green Masala Sauce:-Oil 4 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) grinded 1 bunch-Hari mirch (Green chilies) crushed 5-6-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 5-6 tbs-Garam masala powder ½ tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp-Koyla (Charcoal) for smokeDirections:-Chicken tikka pieces per marks/cuts laga lein.-Bowl mein hara dhania,dahi,adrak lehsan paste,kacha papita paste,hari mirch,zeera powder,garam masala powder,namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chicken tikka pieces dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.-Dhak dein aur refrigerator mein 4-6 hours ya overnight kliya marinate ker lein.Option no.1: Grill -Grill pan ko oil sa grease karein aur marinated chicken tikka pieces ko rakh ker her taraf sa 4-5 minutes kliya grill ker lein.-Pani chirak dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein.Option no.2: Steam -Chicken tikka piece ko aluminum foil mein rakh dein aur marination laga ker wrap ker lein.-Pot mein pani dal dein aur steam rack rakh dein aur ubal anay dein.-Warp piece ko steam rack per rakh dein.-Dhak ker 20-25 minutes ya gul janay tak steam mein paka lein.Option no.3: Bake -Chicken tikka piece ko greasde baking tray per rakh dein aur oil laga lein.-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 35-40 kliya bake ker lein.Green Masala Sauce:-Karhai mein oil,hara dhania aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Dahi,garam masala powder,namak,zeera powder,kali mirch powder aur jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-2 minutes ya oil alag hunay tak paka lein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahien.-Tamam cooked chicken tikka pieces dal dein aur green masala sauce mein mix & coat ker lein.-2-3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan lein & serve karein.
