Greg and Yon Make Bibimbap

Another dish that Korea is known for, it's Bibimbap!!! It has your
rice, meat, all your veggies, and even an egg on top!!! Enjoy!!!

Note: we used granulated garlic in place of fresh garlic in many places to cut down on the heavy garlic smell we would have otherwise had (lotsa garlic here!). If you prefer to use fresh, then each 1/4 tsp of granulated garlic is equivalent to 1 clove of fresh garlic. Enjoy Your Cooking!!!


Ingredients:

25-30 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
1.5 Lb thin sliced Ribeye or Beef
3 Bunches Spinach
8 small Cucumbers
2 Zucchini
1.5 Lb Bean Sprouts
4 Green Onions
5 Cloves Garlic
Korean Red Pepper Paste (Gochujang)
Roasted Sesame Seeds
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Granulated Garlic
Coarse Salt
Sugar
1 Egg per Serving/Bowl
