Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder on the inside of the pepper.Place the peppers on the bbq, cut side down and grill for 4 or 5 minutes or until you have grill marks and the pepper is softened slightly.Turn the peppers over and add the cheese, parsley, and basil. Grill an additional 4 or 5 minutes or until the bottom of the pepper is charred a bit. Remove bell peppers to a platter and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.Serve as an appetizer or side dish.
