You can used any type of fish for this recipe (tilapia, sea bass or red snapper)
For the marinade sauce you will need:

1 medium onion, finely grated

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

1 tsp garlic, grated

1 tbsp lime juice

1 bouillon cube or Maggi jumbo

1 tsp black/ white pepper

1 tbsp oil

tsp chili powder or to taste

Salt, optional
