Preheat an indoor grill pan over low heat. Butter one side of each sandwich and place butter side down onto the grill pan.Cover the sandwiches with either a lid or foil to keep the heat in. Cook for about 8 minutes or until the bottom layer of cheese melts and the grilled side is golden brown.Right before you turn the sandwiches over, spread more butter, generously on the second side.Cover and cook the sandwiches for an additional 6 minutes or until the cheese in completely melted and the bread is a beautiful golden brown.Enjoy as a lunch, dinner, or heck, even breakfast.
