Lamb loin chops cup olive oil5 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp. Fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 tsp. Dried12 leaves of fresh basil, choppedHandful of fresh Italian parsley, chopped1 tsp. Dried oreganoZest from 1 organic lemon2 tbsp. organic lemon juice tsp salt for marinadeSaltPepperDirections: Salt and pepper the lamb loin chops and place in a dish. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, zest, lemon juice, basil, parsley, rosemary and tsp. Salt. Stir to combine and then brush this mixture over the chops.Salt the chops on the second side before adding the marinade.Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight before grilling. Preheat the grill to medium heat and then place the chops and cook for 5 minutes. Lower the heat a little if it seems a bit hot. Flip the chops over and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
