Oaxacan Tlayuda is a traditional corn tortilla from Oaxaca, Mexico, Hand made with special corn only found in Oaxaca. Thin and crispy! This dish can be made with any type of protein.. and if you can't find the Tlayuda you can substitute it with a Corn Tortilla.
