Ingredients for मेथी थेपला | Methi Thepla are:

Wheat Flour [गेहूं आटा] - 150 gm
Gram Flour [बेसन] - 45 gm
White Sesame Seeds [सफेद तिल] - 1 tbsp
Carom Seeds [अजवाइन] - 1 tsp
Coriander-Cumin Powder [धनिया-जीरा पाउडर] - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder [हल्दी पाउडर] - 1/2 tsp
Salt [नमक] - 1 tsp
Green Chili Paste [हरी मिर्च पेस्ट] - 1 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste [अदरक-लेहसुन पेस्ट] - 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil [तेल] - 50 ml
Fenugreek Leaves [मेंथी] - 250 gm
Coriander [हरा धनिया] - 70-80 gm (chopped)
Curd [दही] - 40 gm (add gradually)
Cooking Oil [तेल] - As needed to knead the dough
Wheat Flour [गेहूं आटा] - As needed to knead the dough
Ghee [घी] - 3 tsp (to shallow fry thepla)
Butter [मक्खन] - 1 tsp (to garnish thepla)
