Ingredients:
• Nestlé Milkmaid – 1/2 Tin (200 grams)
• All Purpose flour – 200 grams
• Grated Paneer - 600 grams
• Sooji/Rava – 200 grams
• Baking Powder - 1.5 tsp
• Baking Soda - 1.5 tsp
• Sugar – 1 kg
• Cardamom (coarsely crushed) – 3 to 4 nos
• Oil for frying
• Water as required
• Whipped cream
• Melted chocolate
• Roasted almonds
Recipe:
Gulab Jamun Preparation:
• Boil sugar and water to prepare syrup remove from fire; add cardamom and keep aside
to cool.
• In a mixing bowl put the flour, paneer, sooji, Nestlé Milkmaid, baking powder and
baking soda. Mix gently to make a soft dough, do not knead too much.
• Divide the mixture into 30-35 portions and gently roll into round gulab jamuns. Fry in
the oil at very low flame till golden brown in colour.
• Keep putting the fried gulab jamuns in the prepared sugar syrup, once all the gulab
jamuns are in the sugar syrup bring it to a boil and remove from flame.
• Yummy Gulab Jamuns are ready
Final Preparation (Assembling)
• Add melted chocolate on base of the dessert glass
• Add one layer of whipped cream
• Add Slices a few of the Gulab Jamuns
• Add one more layer of whipped cream
• Add gulab jamun on top and garnish with roasted almond slices.
• Ready to serve
