Tip: if you are using wood pressed or cold pressed oil (marachekku oil), then you can add 2 tsp of ghee to the hot oil before frying.

In this video we have used jamun mix.

We follow the instructions given in the pack for the amount of liquid to be added. We have used milk instead of water which adds to the taste.

For the sugar syrup also, pls follow instructions as in pack because the amount of sugar mentioned depends of the sweetness of flour in the pack.

Also you can choose to add cardamoms while preparing the sugar syrup.
