Fresh Haldi, adrak and mirch ka achar is very easy to make and is very tasty. This achaar has no chemicals or preservatives. We have used natural and fresh ingredients to make the best achaar which has a very long shelf life.

Ingredients-
Haldi-200 grms (turmeric)
Ginger-200 grms (adark)
Green chillies-100 grams (Hari mirch)
Mustard oil-250 ml(Sarson ka oil)
Saunf-3 tsp (10grms)
Mustard seeds red-3tsp (10 grms)
Yellow mustard seeds-2 tsp(7 grms)if yellow is not available use red mustard.
Fenugreek seed or methi seeds-2 tsp-10 grms
Salt-3 full tsp(30 grms)
Black salt-2and1/2tsp. (15 grms)
Red chilli powder-3/4 tsp
Amchoor powder 1 tsp(mango powder)
Haldi powder-3/4 tsp
Heena-1/2 tsp
Whole dry red chilli-4 in number(sabut lal mirch )
Juice of 3 lemons
Vinegar 1/2 cup (sirka)
