Halloween challenge! - Vegan Tahini Rolls

For this recipe:

INGREDIENTS

For the dough
500 g (1 lb) all purpose flour
1/4 sunflower oil
1/3 cup sprite
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp dry yeast

Combine everything to make a dough, cover it up and put it in the fridge for an hour

For the filling
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup

Just combine everything together

For the syrup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon

Boil everything for 5 minutes, do not stir

Roll the dough in a thin layer, cut it in long pieces. Put some of the filling in each strip of dough. Roll the dough.
Cover each roll with sesame seeds on the parchment paper of your oven dish.
Cook for 20 minutes at 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit) or until golden brown
As they're hot out of the oven, put some syrup n each roll
Let them cool and enjoy!
