Season tomato slices with salt and pepper. Grill on a preheated grill pan, about 4 minutes on each side.2.) With your hands, work the garlic and oregano into the chuck. Form patties about the size of your hoagie roll. They should be oblong and about ½-inch thick. Season patty with salt and pepper on both sides.3.)
