Handmade Steamed and Pan-fried Teochew Kueh Cha Dian Xiao Chi ()

Over here at Cha Dian Xiao Chi (), a wide variety of Teochew Kueh is served, all freshly handmade from scratch. The traditional ones are Soon Kueh, Ku Chee (Chives) Kueh, Glutinous Rice Kueh, Yam Cake, and Pumpkin Cake. But unique to the stall is green radish that is used for its carrot cake.

A specialty that stallholder Ms Dawn Ng offers every Friday is Spinach & Mushroom Kueh. The ingredients are wrapped in translucent, jade green dough which is made by mixing ingredients with minced spinach. Packed full with filling, each Kueh is plump and scrumptious!

If you prefer a more fried and crispy texture, try out their pan-fried Kueh. Drizzle the snacks with sweet dark soy sauce or chilli paste for an extra kick!
