Handmade Traditional Pancakes Uncle Lim Traditional Pancakes () Singapore Hawker Food

Set up by his uncle as a street hawker in the 1960s, Mr Lim has taken over the stall for the last 18 years. Work at the stall begins at 5.30am to get the pancake batter ready. Here, 2 types of pancakes are offered - small round ones moulded in metal rings, and larger sliced ones made in big pans. The pancakes come in 4 flavours - red bean, peanut, coconut and cheese. One bite into these traditional snacks brings back so many memories.
