Hara bhara kabab

Ingredients quantity
Capsicum 1 nos
Frozen green peas 1 ¼ cup
Spinach leaves 500 gm
Mint leaves 8-10 petals
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp + for deep frying
Cumin seed ½ tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Green chillies 3 nos
Salt to taste
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Potato 1 nos
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp + ¼ cup
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Chaat masala for sprinkling

Method :
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick wok , add cumin seeds and sauté for a while .
2. Deseed capsicum and roughly chop .
3. Add ginger and green chillies in a pan and sauté for a minute . add capsicum and sauté for 2 mins .
4. Add greenpeas , spinach , chopped mint , chopped coriander , salt and turmeric powder , mix well and cook till the mixture is dry .
5. Transfer cooked mixture in a grinder jar and grind a smooth paste ,transfer into a bowl .
6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai .
7. Add potato , 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs and cornstarch to the ground paste , mix well .
8. Spread ¼ cup breadcrumbs on a plate .
9. Divide the cooked mixture into equal portion and shape them into kababs . Roll the kebabs in the breadcrumbs and coat well .
10. Deep fry kabab till golden and crisp .
11. Drain on absorbent paper .
12. Transfer it to serving plate , serve hot .
