Try this recipe, you will love it!HASH BROWN PIZZAIngredients2 medium wafer potatoes, parboiled, peeled and grated2 tbsps corn starch3 tbsps grated cheddar cheese½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder½ tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp garam masala powderSalt to taste 2 tsps olive oil + for drizzlingButter as required8-10 cherry tomatoesFresh mozzarella as requiredPizza sauce for applyingDried red chilli flakes for sprinklingDried oregano for sprinklingCrushed black peppercorns to tasteA few basil leavesMustard mayonnaise for drizzlingMethod1. For the hash brown, add the potatoes in a large bowl. Add 1½ tbsps corn starch and mix till well combined.2. Add cheddar cheese, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well.3. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa; spread the potato mixture evenly on it. Press it on all sides to make the mixture compact and has an even top.4. Add butter on the sides of hash brown; cook till the base is golden brown and crisp. 5. Meanwhile, slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Set aside.6. Flip the hash brown and thinly spread pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano, crushed black peppercorns, and sprinkle a little salt.7. Place the cherry tomatoes and sliced cheese on it. Cover and cook till the base is cooked completely and the cheese has melted. 8. Tear and place basil leaves on top of the pizza, drizzle oil and take it off the heat. Carefully transfer onto the serving plate. 9.
