Section the potato with a spatula to make it easier to flip over and cook the second side for another 4 minutes. Garlic powder tsp. SaltPepper cup onion, finely diced2 Tbsp. avocado oilDirections:Place the cauliflower in a frying pan over low heat. Cook until defrosted and warm. Place into a bowl lined with a clean thin towel. Pour the cauliflower into the towel and bring the sides of the towel together and twist the cauliflower/towel to squeeze out as much water as possible. Pour the cauliflower into a mixing bowl. Add the prepared potato and add all the ingredients to the bowl. Stir until well combined.Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the avocado oil and get it hot. Place a scoop of mix in your hand and shape the mix into a patty about inch thick. Place the patty onto the spatula and gently push the patty into the frying pan.Cook patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
