Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Freshly baked cookies with the flavour of hazelnut and chocolate.

HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients

¼ cup hazelnut-chocolate spread
¾ cup refined flour
2 tablespoons butter
¾ cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
2. Cream together the butter, castor sugar and vanilla essence till light and fluffy.
3. Add egg and beat well. Add hazelnut-chocolate spread and beat again.
4. Sift the flour into the mixture and beat till well combined. Divide the mixture into equal portions and place them on the silicon sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
6. Serve.

Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
