Freshly baked cookies with the flavour of hazelnut and chocolate.HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE COOKIESIngredients¼ cup hazelnut-chocolate spread ¾ cup refined flour2 tablespoons butter¾ cup castor sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 eggMethod1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.2. Cream together the butter, castor sugar and vanilla essence till light and fluffy.3. Add egg and beat well. Add hazelnut-chocolate spread and beat again. 4. Sift the flour into the mixture and beat till well combined. Divide the mixture into equal portions and place them on the silicon sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.5. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.6. Serve.
