Healthy Guacamole Dip | Avocado Salsa | Served with Desi Papad & Banana Chips | Kashmiri Tadka Twist

Guacamole is an avocado-based dip, spread, or salad first developed by the Aztecs in present-day Mexico. With the recent healthy living lifestyle, avocados have become a favorite in people's kitchen. People have also come up with creative ways to incorporate avocados in their diets, such as by making the guacamole.

We have given a 'desi' touch to the guacamole dip by adding having it with crispy banana chips and papads and it tastes yummy! Give it a try and let us know in comments how you liked it.

Ingredients:

1. Ripe Avocados - 3
2. Onion - 1/2 small (Finely chopped)
3. Tomatoes - 1/2 small (Finely chopped)
4. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per the taste
6. Lime Juice - 1/2 Lime


Method:

1. Peel the avocados and remove the seed
2. Mash the avocados in a bowl using a fork
3. Add Onions and Tomatoes
4. Add Chilli powder and Salt
5. Mix Well
6. Add the lime juice 7 mix well

The dip is ready!! Enjoy with Tortilla Chips or bite sized bread snacks or to give it a desi touch enjoy with Papadam or banana chips.
