INGREDIENTS
Turkey Cauliflower Broccoli Shepards Pie (4 servings):
Ingredients:
16 oz (93/7) Lean Ground Turkey
1.3 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 smaller heads (3 cups) of Broccoli
3 cup frozen Mixed Veggies
head (4 cups) of Cauliflower
1 cup Basil Marinara Sauce
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 diced Onion
2 to 4 cloves of Garlic (per your preference)
1.5 Tbsp Avocado Oil
Tsp Sea Salt
Tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Cut broccoli and cauliflower in 2 inch pieces and steam for about 10 minutes
In a large saut pan or wok heat up avocado oil on medium heat
Add onion, cook until golden
Add turkey, black pepper and salt, break down and stir continuously to brown turkey until there is no pink meat left
Add frozen veggies and broth, mix well until broth is almost completely evaporated
Add marinara sauce, mix well for 1 minute
Add 1.5 Tbsp parmesan cheese, stir well and remove from the heat
Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit or 190 celsius
In blender or food processor combine steamed broccoli, cauliflower, Tbsp parmesan cheese, garlic, 2 Tbsp broth, and pinch of salt and pepper, blend until mash like consistency
Lay 9x13 inch glass baking dish evenly with turkey veggie mixture and cover evenly with broccoli/cauliflower mash
Sprinkle the dish with remaining Tbsp parmesan cheese and pinch of black pepper
Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes
Serve and Enjoy
