Here's your breakfast inspiration - an under-the-radar Indian Delights

Nestled in a coffeeshop at Blk 80 next to Redhill Food Centre, Al Kamal Prata Stall offers an array of Indian delights. Perfect for breakfast, it serves a good variety like prata, Putu Mayam, Appam, Murtabak, Poori, Thosai Masala and more. Special mention is the Appam that has a soft, puffy batter with a paper-thin rim of lacy edge. When paired with orange sugar and freshly shredded coconut, it makes a simple yet comforting meal.

Helmed by a humble and friendly couple, Mr Mohamad and Ms Sarifa, their stall is a popular destination of the local community.
