High Protein Breakfast Bowl: 20g per serving!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And its even more important that you start your day off with at least 20g of protein - this helps fuel you and prevent those afternoon crashes!

@minutericeus has made this even easier for me to make with their minute rice cups with added quinoa!

6 eggs
Shredded cabbage
Shredded Carrots
@minutericeus Brown Rice & Quinoa Cups
2 Avocado
Steamed lentils (optional for extra protein)
Salt, Pepper, Cumin and Garlic Powder to season

Macros (with lentils)
Calories - 524
Protein - 21g
Carbs - 63g
Fat - 22g
