High Protein Healthy Chicken Fajitas!

For the Chicken:

2 chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic & onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 or 1/2 lime juice
Mix well till it changes colour

For the green sauce:

4 tbsp fat free yogurt (greek yogurt works)
1 tbsp low fat sour cream (i bought one which had chives in it)
Handful coriander/ cilantro
1 tsp garlic
1/2 lime juice
Blend till completely smooth

Process:

1 tsp olive oil in a hot pan, cook the chicken for about 5 mins till golden brown. Add

Half red, green and yellow bell peppers
Half red and white onion

Let it cook for another 5 mins then assemble
Low calorie wrap (you can get high protein ones)
Add the filling and the sauce and ENJOY!!
This makes 2 fajita wraps (possibly 3 depending on the size of them)

Approximately 425 calories
55g protein
38g carbs
8g fat
