Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley.
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme.
- 1/4 tsp of grated nutmeg.
- 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper.
- 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour or cornflour (as a thickener).
- 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- 4 tbsp of butter.
- 1 cup of diced onion.
- 1/2 cup of white wine.
- 3 and 1/2 cups of low sodium beef stock.
- 1 crushed bouillon cube.
- 1/4 tsp of salt.
