Homemade Hobnobs - Crunchy Oat Biscuits

If you love hobnob biscuits as much as I do, try making them yourself at home by following this simple recipe! They are crunchy with a little chewiness from the oats and golden syrup. This is a totally vegan recipe - I used vegan butter and oat milk.

Ingredients:
1 cup whole grain flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegan unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
3 tbsp golden syrup
1-2 tbsp plant based milk
