800g Banga concentrate/palm fruit juice
1kg assorted meat
1 mackerel
3 dried catfish
2 tablespoon ground crayfish
2 small-sized ogiri okpei
2 medium onions
1 teaspoon crushed pepper
3 seasoning stock cubes
Salt to taste
Ugu leaf, optional
1 handful basil/scent leaf
Salt to taste
